At One Acre Wood, both Fuggle and Bramling treehouses were crafted to provide a truly authentic experience, combining nature, design, and sustainability in perfect harmony.
Built Among Living Trees: Each of our treehouses is thoughtfully integrated with mature trees, elevating the structure and blending with the natural landscape.
Elevated for Unique Perspectives: Perched high above the ground, our treehouses offer breathtaking views and an immersive treetop experience.
Natural, Locally Sourced Materials: We used high-quality, sustainably sourced wood and local materials to build our treehouses.
Sustainably Designed for Low Environmental Impact: Our treehouses are designed with the ecosystem in mind. We used natural clearings with non-invasive construction techniques to protect the trees.
A True Connection to Nature: Our designs allow for sweeping views of the landscape and a genuine sense of being part of the treetops.
The accommodation is light and airy, designed for you to escape into the tree canopy but have all the creature comforts you could want. Fully insulated, double glazed windows, a wood burning stove, and underfloor heating in winter make it a cosy place to stay all year round.
The magic of the interior comes to life with a handcrafted spiral staircase at the treehouse centre, built using wood sourced locally in Herefordshire & Gloucestershire.
After exploring the local area, take time to relax in the outdoor bath, or sit around the firepit and watch the stars come out.
With 17 acres of grass meadows, hidden paths, tree swings and picnic benches, there is more than enough room for guests to explore.
From our hillside vantage point you can observe agricultural activities in the surrounding fields, hop yards & orchards.
And, we are a 10 minute walk to the two pubs in the village with food served Wednesday - Sunday.
We have a range of activities and space for children to explore and discover nature: bug hunting, den building, sledging (grass and snow), orienteering, nature trails and more.
On wet days when wellies and wet weather gear won't help, use our spacious clubhouse with table tennis, large TV and board games.
Both Fuggle and Bramling have:

Just had a memorable weekend at one acre wood! It was to celebrate a birthday and Sean and Annie made all sorts of efforts to make it special, including making sure the surprise elements stayed hidden and putting up decorations. The space was great for the 4 of us (2 couples) and we spent a lot of the time marvelling at the craftsmanship of the house and the finishing touches. We especially enjoyed the outdoor shower/bath, and the clubhouse was also well equipped and comfortable. We also pre-ordered from the local deli Legges through Sean and Annie which was very helpful. We would love to come and try all the seasons at one acre wood. Thank you for a wonderful time!

We had the most wonderful stay at One Acre Wood. We stayed in Bramling Treehouse & it was so beautifully crafted & yet has so many little touches that makes a stay so luxurious & very easy. With heating, wood burner & fire pit we were perfectly warm. The treehouse is very well equipped with everything we needed. Around the treehouse is wonderful wildlife (squirrels, owls, birds) & nature all around. Having an outside bath listening to birds was fantastic & relaxing! With walks from the treehouse including seating, swings & great views around the grounds. Local village & pubs in easy walking distance. We even had plenty of goes on the slide & grass sledge! Sean & Annie were so welcoming & friendly, they really looked after us! We cannot wait to stay again!

We had a wonderful stay in the Fuggle treehouse at One Acre Wood. Two nights felt like a much longer break and highlights were the huge copper outside bath and the very exciting grass sledges! We received a lovely welcome from Annie and Sean who have created a beautiful treehouse, providing all the home comforts you need for a relaxing holiday. The bread and other treats were delicious and we loved the peace and quiet of the woodland where we toasted marshmallows over our firepit. We very much hope to return!

We spent 2 nights in Bramling treehouse over Halloween with our 9 and 6 year olds - we knew it looked good from the photos but it really surpassed all our expectations! The treehouse itself is beautifully designed and looks magical, but with lots of luxury touches. The kids loved the bunk bed room and the outdoor bath was great fun. Sean and Annie had prepared the fire pit (with huge marshmallows!) and the indoor log burner ahead of time, as well as delivering the kids pumpkins to carve on Halloween and organising a ghost hunt (with treats) through the woods - doing this at night with just lanterns to light the way is something I hope our kids will always remember. The grass sledding was also great fun and much faster than expected! We would definitely recommend one acre wood for a truly magical getaway and are already looking at dates to return.

We had a fabulous experience at one acre Wood.. we went with our teenage daughter. Several new experiences ranging from toasting marshmallows to watching and listening to bats to grass sledging which was a particular hit. Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts Annie and Sean they delivered our luggage by quad bike and even devised a walk for us. The tree houses are like lord of the rings. Thoroughly recommend .

We absolutely adored our treehouse hideaway holiday! We stayed in Bramling from Monday to Friday with two children aged 8 and 9. We loved every minute of it!
The build is so unique and bespoke with a true treehouse feel inside and out. The interior is completely luxurious whilst still remaining humble and not brash. Every piece of furniture, throw, cushion, plate and even the loo roll has been carefully chosen to fit into the organic surrounding.
The outside shower and bath was such a hit. We loved having a soak with a glass of wine, trying to identify the birds using the app Sean had recommended.
The kids adored the freedom to explore. The rope swing and the grass sledge was so much fun! They spent hours playing outside, before returning covered in mud, warmed up by marshmallows and hot chocolate round the fire pit.
Sean and Annie are such great hosts, nothing was too much and it’s clear to see the passion they have for the treehouses. We would love to return one day, and have already recommended One Acre Woods to all our friends.

A rare and magical stay for both adults and children that felt tailored and personal. We visited One Acre Wood for two nights this October with our two young children. You really get a complete family experience, with lots of fun and unique activities scattered across the property. We didn't manage to do everything it had to offer but some of the things we enjoyed were the slide underneath the treehouse, hot chocolate and games at the clubhouse, roasting marshmallows at the firepit, collecting conkers, and the real highlight for us was the grass sledging, seeing how happy our kids were, it will be a great family memory. The treehouse itself is truly unique and has clearly been created with alot of effort and love, the attention to detail is very thoughtful and considerate of the guests, especially children, which is such a rare find. It was extremely well equipped, with personal touches that went above and beyond such as books for the children, the Play Nook under the stairs was genius. We also had a gorgeous welcome basket with local goodies. Needless to stay it was spotlessly clean and the owners Sean and Annie were incredibly welcoming, informative and we really felt that they went out of their way for us to enjoy our stay.

We recently returned from an utterly magical weekend at Fuggle Treehouse, and it was everything we could have hoped for and more. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed by our hosts, Sean and Annie, whose thoughtful touches made the experience feel extra special. The treehouse itself was a perfect blend of rustic charm and comfort, providing the ideal setting for an adventurous yet relaxing escape.
Our days were packed with fun activities, including grass sledging, den building, and plenty of fresh air. We roasted marshmallows by the fire pit, enjoyed outdoor baths under the stars, and even made our own wood-fired pizzas. For a bit of friendly competition, we played table tennis, which added to the charm of the stay.
One of the highlights was simply soaking in the beauty of the surroundings and enjoying the serene atmosphere. Every detail, from the cosy setting to the creative outdoor spaces, contributed to an unforgettable retreat. If you’re looking for a unique, family-friendly escape with plenty of outdoor fun and thoughtful hospitality, Fuggle Treehouse is a dream come true!

We enjoyed a wonderful, memorable stay at Fuggle treehouse. It is a beautifully crafted dwelling located in a quiet copse boasting views across glorious countryside.
The amenities were first rate: a deftly designed kitchen area with everything we needed to cook meals for a family of four, thoughtfully designed and decorated bedrooms and - best of all - a large copper bath in a covered outdoor area where you can bathe while listening to the wind rustling through the leaves.
Owners Sean and Annie were super helpful and we really appreciated the extra touches such as a welcome pack of local delicacies and decorations to celebrate a special birthday for one of our group.
We enjoyed a scenic ramble through the local countryside, exploring orchards, hop fields and finishing off with a pint in one of the two village pubs.
All in all, we had a fantastic time and didn’t want to leave. Looking forward to returning!

Amazing Stay at Bramling Treehouse!
We had an incredible stay at Bramling Treehouse. Annie and Sean have created a really special place: the setting of the treehouse is magical, hidden in the trees.
The treehouse is not only beautiful but also extremely comfortable. There are numerous spaces to enjoy, including three different outdoor seating areas and a firepit (which we didn't even get a chance to try!).
We were fortunate to experience both glorious sunshine and a rainy day during our stay. Even in the rain, it was lovely to sit outside in the sheltered part of the treehouse and listen to the rain on the surrounding trees.
One of the highlights was the outdoor shower and bath. There's something really fun about using them, whether it's raining or dark. There's also a regular shower if the outdoor experience isn't for you.
We had fun trying out the grass sleds, the slide for leaving the treehouse, the tree swing, and the table tennis. However, the best experience for us was enjoying the dark skies. With a field just a minute's walk from our treehouse's front door, we went out just before bedtime and were lucky enough to see the Perseid meteor showers and the Milky Way across the sky.
We definitely want to visit again.

An Unforgettable Stay at Bramling Treehouse
We stayed at Bramling Treehouse in August for my wife’s birthday weekend, along with our two kids, and what an experience it was! From the moment we arrived, Sean and Annie were incredible hosts, meeting us at the gates and even quad biking all our stuff up to the lodge—a thoughtful touch that set the tone for the entire stay.
The treehouse itself is something straight out of a dream—cozy yet stylish, giving you the perfect blend of luxury and rustic log cabin vibes. My wife was blown away by the birthday decorations Sean and Annie had set up, making the weekend extra special. The local hamper was such a sweet gesture, packed with delicious goodies including marshmallows for the fire pit, which was a hit with the whole family!
We couldn’t get enough of the outdoor bath and shower—a unique experience that added to the charm. Our kids had the time of their lives exploring the grounds, from the farm cows to the swing on the hill and grass sledding! There was even a games room on-site, and our daughter became obsessed with the table tennis.
Sean’s local pub and activity recommendations were spot on, giving us plenty to do nearby. Honestly, we didn’t want to leave! Our kids are already asking when we’re going back, and I have no doubt we’ll be booking our next trip soon.
Thank you, Sean and Annie, for an unforgettable stay and for helping create memories we’ll cherish forever!

Our stay at Fuggle Treehouse exceeded my expectations. It is such a magical place to just BE. It’s so rare to have a treehouse with all the amenities you need and still be truly in the trees and nature. Sean & Annie have taken so much care and thought - all the little touches, all the natural wood and the surrounding area with swing and grass sledding- make it such a special place to stay. A 5 star tree resort 😉
Sean & Annie were lovely and helpful making the experience even better. I was so sad to leave.
Treehouse was beautifully clean, bed was very comfy, they provided lovely robes for the roll top copper bath on a secluded deck!
Book with One Acre Wood - you won’t be disappointed.

Sean and Annie were wonderful welcoming hosts and very patient with us despite our late arrival. Their passion for the tree houses and ensuring their guests enjoy their stay is amazing and we felt at welcome and settled very quickly. Oh and the grass sledges are great fun!!

We had a magical stay in Bramling treehouse last week for my husband’s 50th birthday! Annie and Sean are so lovely and welcoming and we really appreciated the extra touches (birthday decorations and wonderful locally sourced biscuits, bread, milk etc). We all had an amazing time and our children just loved the grass sledging! The slide down from the treehouse was a big hit as was the table tennis in the communal area.
Each room in the treehouse has an enchanting view of the trees and the verandas all have gorgeous views out across the countryside. The treehouse is fully equipped with everything we needed and has all the comforts you just wouldn’t expect for a treehouse (WiFi, underfloor heating etc!) We all loved the outside bath and enjoyed using the fire pit to toast the huge marshmallows (again provided by Annie and Sean).
We had a brilliant time and fully embraced being isolated among the trees in luxury! We are already planning our next visit!

Genuinely cannot sing the praises of Fuggle Treehouse enough. A beautiful hideaway in the trees, it met all our expectations and then some: spacious and luxurious yet cosy and private. Highlights include the games room, slide and grass sledges, which kept three kids happily entertained, roasting complimentary marshmallows over the firepit, and falling asleep to the sound of a tawny owl. Our host Sean was considerate and helpful - everything was included as well, from firewood to ice. We would return in a heartbeat. Huge recommend!

Outstanding in every way!
Annie and Sean have created a haven at One Acre Wood with their luxurious Treehouses - Fuggle and Bramling.
We stayed in Bramling to celebrate a very special anniversary and it could not have been more perfect! Set in a stunning location, overlooking the Herefordshire countryside you are truly immersed in nature in the treetops. Upon arrival your luggage is transported for you to your treehouse steps. Opening the unique wooden doors, with their hand carved fresco, which tells a little story of its own, you are immediately welcomed with a basket of local produce to help settle in. A handcrafted spiral staircase draws your eye and no doubt any children will want to immediately explore where they lead to. With three bedrooms, Bramling could easily accommodate families. Our bedroom was off the cosy open plan lounge kitchen diner. The decor is a calming mix of woodland colours, with all fixtures and fittings having being carefully and thoughtfully sourced and coordinated. The height of luxury continues in the bathroom with coordinating fittings, which leads you out into an outdoor bathroom - an absolutely stunning feature! With a rain drenching fixed shower and the ultimate in a bucket list experience - a deep copper bath for al fresco bathing, this area truly relaxes all the senses and allows you to feel a part of the woods and nature. It was one of the many highlights of our stay!
For those who want to continue this woodland adventure, there is a fire pit and log seats to toast marshmallows and talk about the day. Indoors you can stoke the wood burner to feel cosy and snug on a cooler evening. With a fully equipped kitchen, there really is no need to leave but if you do then Annie and Sean have many suggestions on things to do as well as a nature trail just outside the doorstep so no need to drive anywhere. And on those wet days there is always table tennis in the communal lounge area upstairs in the barn, where you can find another overflow fridge in the kitchen area. Downstairs there is also a very handy laundry room, should you need it.
Spending the night in out Treehouse was magical! From the moment you reach the first step you are transported into the stuff of childhood dreams! Who didn’t want to spend time in the treetops as a child? Well now you can and I highly recommend that you don’t waste time searching for one - One Acre Wood has it all! Whether it’s Fuggle or Bramling, you will be assured of the most wonderful Treehouse experience, with the most attentive hosts who have truly thought of everything.
Annie and Sean are always on hand to meet your every need. You are assured of the warmest welcome!

We had a fabulous long weekend at One Acre Wood. Bramling Treehouse has been so beautifully made and we were very cosy and comfortable. It’s spacious and clean and equipped with everything you might need. Our children thought it was magical to sleep up in the trees and loved using the slide to get down! The outside shower and bathtub were lovely. Sean and Annie were great hosts and had thought of every little detail - there was a lovely hamper including local milk, bread, juice and biscuits waiting for us when we arrived. They’d laid the wood burning stove ready inside and the fire pit was ready to go outside - & they’d supplied giant marshmallows too! The views from the treehouse are lovely, both in the sunshine and by starlight. One Acre Wood is peaceful and quiet, and the kids loved the nature trail, meeting the sheep, the swing, grass sleds and the ‘clubhouse’ with its table tennis table. We’ll definitely be visiting again soon!

We were lucky enough to spend a week at Fuggle Treehouse, and what a week it was! The special environment that Sean and Annie have created surrounds you as soon as you enter One Acre Wood. Fuggle Treehouse is every bit as special and magical as you might hope, even more so than the pictures convey. The treehouse is spacious, welcoming, incredibly comfortable with an appropriately rustic wooden structure, which is marries seamlessly with modern tech providing underfloor heating, mood lighting, a cosy woodburning stove and a fully fitted kitchen and bathroom, super comfy beds - all that you could possibly need for an extremely comfortable stay. The external copper bath is a wonderful touch, deep and luxurious, and a real treat to soak and listen to the rain, leaves rustling in the breeze, and birdsong surrounding you.
The treehouse alone is worthy of a visit, but not only that, Sean and Annie have created a clubhouse housing table tennis, large screen TV, board games, miniature microscopes and even a bat detector to find and identify bats. With laundry facilities, and additional WC and shower in the clubhouse, having access to this space was a real bonus - the children loved playing games, and having additional things to do if the weather wasn't up to much.
When it wasn't raining, One Acre Wood is a great place to explore nature, admire the views, make full use of the slide underneath the treehouse, enjoy the swings (2 swings on site) and try grass sledging, which is every bit as fun as it sounds! Not to mention the enormous firepit beside the treehouse, with a plentiful supply of marshmallows to toast!
Given all the activities on site, it was hard to drag ourselves away, but we used Fuggle Treehouse as a base for exploring the local sights - a trip to Hay-on-Wye, Small Breeds Farm Park, Hereford, Gloucester and the fabulous Puzzlewood kept both children fully entertained.
I have been searching for a place like One Acre Wood for a long time, counted down the days to our holiday and enjoyed every last minute of our stay. I cannot recommend this place enough! Every single aspect has been done incredibly well, and to such a high standard. Sean and Annie have thought of everything, and the experience that they have created reflects the care and attention that has gone into creating not only the treehouse of dreams, but being the most attentive and helpful hosts you could hope to meet.
Now that we have found One Acre Wood, we will be returning year after year. Thank you Sean and Annie for creating such a special place and letting us experience the magic of Fuggle Treehouse and One Acre Wood, we will definitely be back!

We booked Fuggle as an anniversary treat, wanting somewhere peaceful and a little unusual. We were not disappointed! Annie and Sean have built a beautiful and unique retreat, such care taken over the design, furnishing and decoration. It had all we wanted for a comfortable stay, they really have thought of everything. We appreciated the tasty locally sourced welcome pack, the quality toiletries, the well equipped kitchen (plenty of wine glasses!) and all the little touches that make that this a luxury escape. Breakfast outside on a glorious morning sitting in the tree canopy overlooking the rolling countryside, watching the sheep graze and all you can hear is birdsong - what a great way to start the day! There’s plenty to do in the surrounding area (we visited Croft Castle and Hampton Court Castle) finishing our days relaxing in the outdoor copper bath followed by a glass of wine on the veranda with a blanket to stave off the chill. Many thanks to Annie and Sean who were perfect hosts. And besides everything else, we’re all kids at heart - who wouldn’t want to stay in a treehouse!

Fuggle Treehouse is a truly magical place. Myself, husband,my 2 children and the grandparents were so excited for our few days away and we were not disappointed. It was a special treat for our son's 7th birthday and when we arrived we discovered the treehouse had been decorated for his birthday! Such a kind touch that brought him so much joy! The treehouse is even more beautiful than the pictures show; stunning craftsmanship and so very cosy inside. It is so clear that Sean and Annie have loved creating this treehouse and every little detail is perfect. The setting in the woods is glorious and my two boys had the most fun running round the woods, helping build a fire, toasting marshmallows, climbing trees and enjoying nature. It really was an experience we will never forget.
Sean and Annie were fantastic hosts and helped us with everything we needed; Annie even turned up with night vision googles for us to look for wildlife in the evening and this was a real hit with all of us! The day we left my boys were so sad to go back to London and begged to stay in the beautiful Herefordshire Countryside! Incredible place and wonderful hosts! We will be back again, old and young- we absolutely loved it!

My family and I have just spent the most glorious weekend at Fuggle Treehouse. It has been built and decorated to an incredibly high specification and Annie and Sean have thought of everything. From the digital guidebook we were sent ahead of our stay, to the basket of local produce on arrival to all of the luxuries & home comforts available within the treehouse to make our stay so wonderful, we couldn't have asked for more. The meadows were perfect for the children (ages 6 and 5) to explore and the grass sledges were a HUGE hit! We thoroughly enjoyed toasting marshmallows around the firepit and had great fun exploring the local area, it's been a real treat for us all. We know there is even more in store for Fuggle Treehouse and the much anticipated Bramling treehouse when it opens and we can't wait to return!

We recently enjoyed a 2 night stay at the Fuggle treehouse and it was a delight! Sean and Annie have made it a magical home from home and could not have done more for us! The treehouse is just beautiful and the grounds are fabulous to let the children roam and explore. The games room is an additional bonus but spending time tucked away inside the treehouse was the best part. The little touches make this place truly unique and we will be back!

An absolutely delightful long weekend break to celebrate my husband's birthday. Fuggle Treehouse was simply magical. Clearly a lot of love and consideration hd gone into its creation and we absolutely adored it. We admired all the smaller details of the treehouse and were blown away by the views. Annie and Sean were really lovely and thoughtful. Our children didn't want to leave!

We stayed at the tree house for two nights and had a wonderful time. We are a family of four with two kids aged 8 and 12. The hosts were very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The treehouse was amazing! Rustic but with all modern technology and comforts. The inside is very tastefully decorated and there are a lot of little nooks a crannies for the kids to explore. The kids enjoyed grilling marshmallows in the fire pit by the tree house. There are many luxurious touches like a copper roll top bath, rain shower and underfloor heating as well as a wood burner. In short, it exceeded our expectations and was a real treat for both big and small!

Amazing weekend away for the family. Beautiful, very well appointed accommodation. They really have thought of everything.
We felt at home as soon as we arrived.
The children loved exploring, especially with the personalised map! The clubhouse is a great bonus. The hosts were so warm and welcoming, just when you thought it couldn't get any better they arrived with sledges to use in the snow!
We will 100% definitely be back!

Our stay at One Acre Wood was nothing short of amazing! The treehouse was absolutely beautiful, set in lovely surroundings and we loved exploring Sean and Annie’s land and the local area. The children loved the adventure! Nothing was too much trouble for Sean and Annie who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We would highly recommend One Acre Wood to anyone looking at a treehouse stay, this one is truly unique!

We are home after a wonderful stay at the Fruggle treehouse! We were so sad to leave. The treehouse is fantastic - so many lovely touches and so authentic.
It was good to get back to nature with our 12 yr old twin boys - playing in the woods, toasting marshmallows round the outdoor fire and walking through the woods!
We were only 35 mins from West Midlands safari park and ventured there for the day. Well worth a visit !
The club house was lovely too - we played so much ping pong and chess!
Annie and Sean are so accommodating and super knowledgeable about the local area. I cannot recommend this enough - great family time in a magical setting!

Fuggle treehouse... from start to finish we had a blast!
Upon arrival we were greeted by Sean and Annie who instantly went out of their way to make us feel welcome and make our break as relaxing as possible- catering to our every need. The weekend was organised as a surprise birthday treat and they went out of their way to decorate the treehouse, collect a cake we had on order and chill some champagne we had ordered to get delivered there in advance. In the run up they provided us with some great local suppliers and recommendations with nothing being too much. On arrival we were greeted with a welcome hamper of finest ingredients and treats- all taking delicious!
As previous treehouse adventurers it is fair to say we had very high expectations of the treehouse itself and it didn't disappoint- only exceeded. Presented in immaculate condition with all the touches of comfort to make it feel like a home away from home. We opted for the toddler package as had a 1 year old and 4 year old in company. Every little detail was thought of from cutlery, shower seat, stair gate, toys and so much more- packing has never been so easy as they provided it all. Our 1 year old could toddle around safely while we were able to enjoy a hot cuppa with our feet up.
Surrounded by beautiful scenery we loved the adventure trails they provided with the swing being a favourite. After a busy morning exploring we were able to go back to the club house where once again we could relax while our children burnt off more energy playing and putting on a puppet show courtesy of the Club house. Back to the treehouse to enjoy a bonfire, some toasted marshmallows and hot chocolate while our daughter ran around enjoying the one acre wood to herself. Fully exhausted we were able to relax with a warm outdoor bath under the stars and roaring fire on our return inside.
Upon leaving, Sean and Annie again went out of their way to ensure everything was as stress free as possible. We had a fantastic weekend and cannot wait to come back and visit again soon! In the words of our daughter 'Best holiday ever! Can I ask Santa for a treehouse next year so we can live in it forever!'. Thank you Sean and Annie- as a whole family we really did have a blast!

We had the most beautiful and magical stay at Fuggle Treehouse in January. It was the perfect getaway.
The Treehouse itself was immaculate and designed to a really high specification. So much care and though has gone into it. We felt like we were in Goldilocks and the Three Bears!
We would highly recommend staying here and we hope to be back one day.

I got to stay in a magical treehouse and it was the best. My favourite things were the marshmallows, the secret play area, the puppet theatre, finding the oldest tree with the map and the witch's broom. Oh and I had a bath outside! I can't wait to come back.

We had the most wonderful stay at Fuggle Treehouse. Annie and Sean were fantastic hosts who had thought of every detail and created the most beautiful, relaxing and cosy retreat. We're normally the type of family who are out the door by 8am exploring when we're on holiday, but we didn't even venture outside until 11.30 on our first morning because we loved the space so much. Our five year old had the most wonderful time. We've been back home for a few days now and he's been telling everyone he sees how he stayed in a treehouse and had a bath outside.

Cosy, inviting, and idyllic...
Had a fantastic night in Fuggle Treehouse where we didn't even notice the weather outside. The thought that has gone into the finite detail is very impressive. We were warmed by a log fire and sleep came easy in a very comfortable bed - we did not want to leave! Anne and Sean are attentive hosts where no request is too much. We very much look forward to visiting again in the summer. Thank you for a great time Fuggle!

We had a wonderful experience at One Acre Wood.
The tree house is fabulous, extremely clean and the beds are so comfy.
The owners couldn’t do enough for us and helped organise activities for my 5 year old little girl.
We will definitely be returning again and I would highly recommend for anyone looking at this property to book as you will not regret it.

It was -3 and a frosty weekend! But the treehouse was our cosy sanctuary, we played cards over wine in front of the fire, whilst the kids were kept happy in their secret under-stairs den! We ventured out in the frost to follow the wildlife walk around the land, and meet the cows and the sheep. Followed by a mini-pub crawl down to the 2 local pubs only 5 minutes stroll down the hill, with plenty of local Ales and Ciders to sample. We all slept so well in sumptuous beds and even managed to squeeze in a soak in the outdoor tub as the sun went down and the birds sang in the trees. Annie and Sean have done so much to make One Acre Wood a dreamy spot for kids and adults alike. We'll be back

Thank you Anne and Sean for your vision and creation, from marshmallow firepits to children's den under the spiral stairs to the copper bath outside with heavenly surroundings. Comfortable beds, luxurious facilities, every need catered for. The view of the stars at night from the windows and viewing platforms, the morning mist that felt like we were floating in the clouds in our Rivendell haven. Stunning.

Anne and Sean are the most welcoming hosts, over and above. They set up marshmallows and fire pit, personal birthday nature trail which appealed to the adults as well! You get to walk around the 18 acres of land, views are spectacular, rope swing, glorious. We hugged the 300 year old oak tree. We told stories around the fire. My nephew loved the little den under the stairs. He didn't want to leave, we didn't want to leave!
There is a clubhouse, with extra amenities, table tennis and comfy sofas.
A lovely friendly pub with good home cooked food is just a short walk away.
Thank you Anne and Sean for being so original and making us feel so welcome in this beautiful and magical place.
