Fuggle Treehouse: Designed specifically for guests with reduced mobility, Fuggle Treehouse offers step-free access, a ground-floor bedroom and wet room, wider sliding doors, and a spacious, accessible deck area.
Ramp Access: We have adapted the original stair access of one of our existing treehouses to ramp access, ensuring safer and more comfortable entry and exit for guests with mobility issues.

Accessible Bathroom Fixtures: Our treehouses are equipped with accessible bathroom fixtures to ensure comfort and ease of use for all guests.
Family-Friendly Equipment: We provide a full range of baby- and toddler-friendly equipment, making it easier for families with young children to enjoy their stay.
Personalized Furnishings: We tailor furnishings, bedding, and towels based on the specific needs and preferences of our guests, ensuring a personalized and comfortable experience.

Sustainable Materials: We source our building materials locally and sustainably, such as sweet chestnut from the Forest of Dean, and use eco-friendly insulation like sheep wool and recycled newspaper.
Minimal Environmental Impact: We use screwpiles for our foundations to reduce ground disturbance and preserve tree roots and wildlife habitats.
4. On-Site Activities and Nature Engagement
Inclusive Nature Trails: Our 18-acre property features mown pathways through rewilded areas, with laminated trail maps highlighting accessible routes and features. Guests can enjoy birdwatching, nature walks, and opportunities to hug our 300-year-old oak tree.
Interactive Wildlife Experiences: We provide bat detectors and portable microscopes for guests to explore and connect with nature, making these activities accessible to all.
Communal Games Room: Our communal games room has been reconfigured to ensure accessibility for all guests, including those with mobility issues. It includes soft seating, a coffee/tea station, table tennis, a TV, board games, and a puppet theatre.
5. Guest Services and Flexibility
Flexible Booking Policies: We accommodate changes to bookings without penalty in cases of illness or accident and offer payment in installments when needed, ensuring that all guests feel supported and valued.
Personalized Activity Suggestions: We offer tailored activity suggestions based on guests' interests and abilities, ensuring an engaging and enjoyable stay for everyone.

Natural and Refillable Toiletries: We use eco-friendly, refillable toiletries and cleaning products, including compostable sponges.
Dark Sky Friendly: Our site is dark sky friendly, with minimal outdoor lighting directed downwards using warm LED bulbs. Guests are provided with lanterns to move around the site, supporting a natural setting and protecting nocturnal wildlife.
